We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative who will play a key role in driving sales, growing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across our platform. The work can be done remotely and or present in the office.

Role Summary

The Sales & Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing client inquiries, onboarding property owners and agents, promoting RealEstateMart’s services, and ensuring users have a smooth experience on the platform. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, persuasive, and passionate about real estate and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote RealEstateMart services to property owners, agents, and developers.
  • Convert new leads into paying clients through calls, emails, and presentations.
  • Conduct product demos and guide clients on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.
  • Manage the Platform Social media pages

Customer Service & Support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Assist users in listing properties, updating profiles, and navigating the website.
  • Resolve complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical concerns to the IT Team when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Platform Operations & Administration

  • Verify property listings and ensure accuracy and quality control.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights for improving services and product features.
  • Record detailed notes on customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, online platforms, and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of Ghana’s real estate market is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
