Real Estate Mart is a property trading platform targeted at providing a common marketplace for Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Real Estate Developers, and Property Owners. Is a platform that also provides the opportunity for construction and allied services providers to sell their materials.
A. How to Register on RealEstateMart.com.gh
- Log onto GoPropertyLink.com
- Click on Login/Register. On the pop-up panel, click on Register, complete the form, submit, and go to your email to verify your account
- Log into your account now after registering
- From the account, click on Edit Profile. Then, set your business Phone Number, Email, the Name you want to display for the public, and social media URL. You can also set your picture or company logo. Note that the phone number and email you put on your profile are what will be displayed to the client when they view your property
- Click on update
B. How to Post on RealEstateMart.com.gh
- Click on Submit Property
- Click on Login but if you have no account, refer to A above to create one
- From your profile account, click on Submit Property
- Fill the form with the Title, Description of the Property (please try and provide enough information for the viewer – this will help the client make a decision), and Type the Price either in Dallas or Cedis
- Select Property Type from the drop box (House, Land, Apartments, Commercial Property etc)
- Select Offer Type from the drop box (For Rent, For Sale, Long Lease, Joint Venture, Pay Installment etc. You can choose two that best describe your Offers)
- Load the images of the property. You can load only up to five images per listing
- Click Continue
- At Address, enter the Town, e.g. Adenta, in which the property is located
- Type the city, e.g. Accra or Kumasi or Ho or Somanya
- Enter Neighborhood: this is for example. If the Property is at Adenta Frafraha, then the Neighborhood is Frafraha, the Location is Adent,a and the City is Accra
- If the property is a building, you can also select the various features from the list from the drop box “Features” and also upload the floor plan
- Click on Next and Click on Submit Property and wait for the Administrator of GoPropertyLink.com to review and approve your listing. Once your listing is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
