The Projects and Investments needed:
- Senco Homes Amrahia is a project situated in an already built gated community at Amrahia in Accra. We are delivering ten (10) 2 & 3-bedroom housing units. We have started 4, of which 3 are at the roofing stage. We seek a total US$150,000 loan (5-6months tenor with an Interest Rate of 12-15%) or equity to help us complete these 4 houses. We have off-takers for the houses that are ready to buy after completion.
- KingsHood is a luxurious homes that we are building 6 units of 4-bedroom houses in a prime location in Adenta in Accra. We seek between US$ $155,000 (to build one house) to US$1,000,000 loan or equity to build all 6 houses with an 8-12-month tenor at an Interest Rate of 12-15%. We have off-takers for the houses that are ready to buy after completion.
- Senco Homes Dawhenya is a completely new gated community we are building at Dawhenya, just about 30m drive from the Kotoka International Airport. We are building 21 of 3&4 4-bedroom houses and 15 of 1 & 2-bedroom apartment units. The community will have a children’s playground, a riverside garden, a gym, a club clubhouse, and a security post. We seek US$3.7m for a tenor of 18months.
- Senco City is a planned gated community that will be built on 37 acres of land at Winneba – a fast-growing town in the Central Region of Ghana. We seek to deliver about 200 housing units. We seek US$14m for a 3-5year tenor.
