The Real Estate Mart is an online platform that provides an opportunity for Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Agents, and property owners to list and sell their properties. It also helps the public to find the right properties to BUY and RENT.
How To List on www.RealEstateMart.com.gh
- Register on the platform by clicking List Property
- Complete the registration form by entering your first name and last name; choose a username, email address, and phone number (that clints will reach you on), selecting your password, accept the terms & conditions and hit the Register Button.
3. How to List a Property
From your dashboard after your login, click on Create a Listing, then at the
- Property Title: enter e.g, 3-bedroom for sale at East Legon or 2-bedroom house for rent at Adenta or Land for Sale at Oyibi, depending on which type of property you are listing
- Content: This is where you describe the property by telling the client more specific location of the property, features (in case of a house) and possible use considering the location (in case of a land) eg: “We have 2 plots of titled land for sale at Malejor, close to Integrity Academy. The land is walled with gates at both ends.
The land can be divided into 4 (half-plots) to accommodate up to 4 buildings in the case of building houses to sell.
The location of the land also makes it ideal for building apartments.”
- Type: Select which type of property you are listing eg: House, Land, Commercial Property etc
- Status: Select which type of transaction needs to be done on the property you are listing: eg For Rent, For Sale, Joint Venture etc
- Label: Select which any further information on the property you wish to display on the home page for easy attraction eg: discount, Installment Payment etc
- Currency: Select which currency you are quoting your price in, then enter the price
- After The Price: You may enter “negotiable, Per Plot, Per Month, Per Square Meter, Per Year etc” This will be displayed at the right side of the Price
- Location: Enter the location of your property eg: Adenta, and the system will automatically pick the location from the Google map
- Media: Now, load your pictures. We accept a maximum of 5 pictures
- House: If your property is a House or office, you have to fill this form to reflect more details on the property but if it is Land, please ignore this form and go to the next page
- Private Note: This feature helps Real Estate Agents to be able to state the owner of the said property with his or her phone number. This will help the Agent not miss or link the property to the owner even if the contact of the owner gets missing. Note that this will not display publicly on the website.
